The Beats Pill can pair with up to 8 Bluetooth devices, when you turn it on it will try to connect with the the iPhone 6 Plus unless you connection another device.
In future you can turn on the Bluetooth speaker and it will automatically connect to the iPhone 6 Plus without needing to pair again, just turn both devices on and wait for the light to glow.
